The University of Northern Iowa has offered Bachelor of Arts in Technology Management which will begin this fall. The university is now receiving applications for the program.
The technology management program focuses on industry incorporating an applied approach to critical-thinking, communication and problem-solving skills. Courses of the program are offered completely online using eLearning, a new release said.
“UNI is committed to making select, affordable educational opportunities accessible to Iowans, regardless of where they reside,” said Kent Johnson, dean of UNI’s Continuing Education and Special Programs.
“We are pleased to provide a pathway for professionals who wish to advance their careers, while addressing the needs of Iowa’s manufacturers,” he added.
“With an exceptionally strong placement record, this program offers flexibility for busy individuals who expect practical knowledge to enter a competitive job market and who want to expand their technical, managerial, critical-thinking, communication and problem-solving skills. As a student, you will work with dedicated faculty who will guide and support you every step of the way,” program coordinator Ali Kashef stated.
